The following reports need to be cached daily, so that the instances can be quickly opened further:

1. SA200
2. SA210
3. SA215
4. SA220
5. SA230
6. SA240
7. SA270
8. SA275
9. SAS270
10. SA400
11. OSA100
12. OSA130
13. OSA172
14. OSA175
15. OSA180
16. SL100
17. SL110
18. SL130

Process Flow & Navigational Steps

Please find below the detailed steps involved in Caching BI reports:

Step 1: Login into BOBI 4.0 Production Launch Pad.

Step 2: Navigate to the required reports folder locations i.e Sales Analysis, Service Level & Open Orders folders.

Step 3: Open the required reports folder, select the report, right click on particular report > Select History > Open latest instance.

Step 4: Data can be checked in the report and if data is displayed then caching is successful.

Step 5: If data is not displayed in the report, then inform to NEC about failure of the report.

Common Issues

---

Sometimes when the latest instance of the report is opened, then it may not display the data.

Resolutions

---

In case any report fails to display data, then we need to inform NEC and reschedule the failed reports again after approval.
